Return Policy Statement

1. Return Conditions

Product Condition

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and all original packaging materials must be intact.
  • Products must be accompanied by all original tags, accessories, and instruction manuals.
  • For products with anti-counterfeiting labels or tamper-evident packaging, the anti-counterfeiting labels or sealed packaging must not be damaged.

Return Time Limit

  • Customers can request returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We will not accept return requests after this period.

Scope of Application

  • The following types of products are not eligible for return:
    • Custom or personalized items.

2. Return Process

Self-Service Return

  • We offer a self-service return option. Customers can submit their return request in their own account.
  • Log into your account, find the order you wish to return, click the “Request Return” button, fill in the reason for the return, and submit the request.
  • We will review your request within 48 hours of receiving it and will notify you of the outcome via email.

Return Address

  • If your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing the return address and return instructions.
  • Please return the product along with all accessories and packaging materials to the designated return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • If the product has a quality issue or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a refund or exchange after receiving the product.

Return Tracking

  • You can track the status of your return through the self-service return system.
  • Please ensure to include your order number and return request number in the return package for fast processing.

3. Refund Processing

Refund Time

  • After we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Amount

  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping costs you paid (if applicable).
  • If you received a discount or promotion when you made your purchase, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual payment amount.

4. Exchange Service

Exchange Conditions

  • If you wish to exchange an item, it must meet the return conditions.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

Exchange Process

  • When submitting the return request, select the “Exchange” option and specify the specifications or style of the product you wish to exchange.
  • We will arrange the exchange after receiving the returned product and confirming it is correct.
  • If the exchange product is priced higher than the original product, you will need to pay the price difference; if priced lower, the difference will be refunded to you.
